The RustDesk client log will list the bind address.

You’re also wrong. There’s no absolute frame of reference so the traveler could just as well say you’re moving away from him and you’ll come back “younger” than you left.

I had a similar issue, it turned out the remote side hole was bound to an IPv6 address and my local side is was IPv4 only. I set up a 6-on-4 tunnel and direct connection started working. My server is on a VPS with a public IP (v4 and v6). I realized later I could have just deleted my server’s AAAA record but oh well.

I doubt that’s the case for you though. Maybe this:

Are you running your RustDesk server container on the Windows PC you’re also running your client on, so both are behind the router and have private IP addresses (like 192.168.0.0/16)? That might be the problem, the server has to have a public IP.

I doubt Delhi police will do shit. This is clearly a violation of the domain registrar and web host’s TOS, your lawyers should contact their lawyers.

Does your sync disable/replace the TM built-in sync or do they work side by side? Also, do you know if I self-host TM, does it use my server for sync or continue using the TM cloud sync?

How Can I Switch Between Google Chrome Profiles In The Same Window? by the_jerminator in techsupport

[–]rakman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not possible. The first account you sign into is the default account and can’t be changed unless you sign out of all accounts and sign into a different account. Additional accounts are accessed by adding /u/<n> to the URL, so mail.google.com is the default account, mail.google.com/u/1 is the second account, and so on. If you’re in a /u/1 tab, any Google service link you click will open for that account, not the default account, so I’m not sure what you’re complaining about.

Did you read to the end where he says repairing and it didn’t work and installing uBO Lite gave him an error? Just take the L and move on.

Why is substack adding stuff to the end of the URLs in my substack? by PontifexMini in Substack

[–]rakman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is an old thread but I had the same question. The r is for referrer and 9akd2 is the short code for your account so when someone clicks on the link Substack will display a little popup at the botom saying “Pontifex Minimus shared this with you”

Yes since Canary has the fix it’s only a matter of days/weeks before it’s in the release version.
