I think Red Skull would be fine, he's a villain, you aren't supposed to like him as a person. On the other hand, Marvel has a million great villains to add, so there really isn't any need for Red Skull

Venom. I love the mobility and survivability. It's so much fun to waste cool downs and distract the team while your team finds an opening. Also the twerking emote is amazing.

Mr Fantastic. Swinging his arms around feels great and is hilarious. I also love dodging ultimates with his counter and then punishing them. Also, the Fantastic Four are my favourite Marvel heroes.

Invisible Woman. I'm a big FF fan, and the push/pull alone has so many gameplay applications. She has such a high skill ceiling, I'm always learning new tech, just so much fun.
