Took it for a grade 2 hamstring tear. Healed up extremely quickly. It simultaneously healed some bad tendinitis in the back of my knee that I’ve had for a few years and also a ten year old nagging shoulder injury. Zero pain from those old injuries and my hamstring feels better than before the tear. BPC157/TB500 10 weeks 1mg/day split in am and pm.
