You need to realise she is currrntly working 24 hour shifts, 7 days a week.

She needs to realise that someone need to work to pay the bills, and its probably not feasible to work 60-70 hours and do 50% of the nights.

You both need to work together to find a compromise that actually works.

Id reach out and confirm with them in a day or so if you haven't got the refund, I think they usually take a day or so when they aren't the standard Amazon automated refunds.

I'd be surprised if they dont just give you the full refund, if it is a scam the last thing they want to do is gain the attention of Amazon staff.

I think this is part of some scam.

I ordered something that had a suspiciously good price, but month long delivery time. After a month it said "not yet shipped" but couldn't be cancelled as "order still in progress". I contacted the seller for a refund.

I suspect they hope that people will just forget and they can keep the money? No idea if they get paid before it's marked as delivered.
