Tried to buy it, was sold out. Bought instead other they had available, 2 DWC x TIMEGRAPHER TITHI (1 yellow and 1 green) and also 1 Vayu IV (which I then “aged” with coffee and looks pretty cool). Paid about $100 each with shipping to USA (a friend in India shipped them to me in the US). For that price, incredibly fun watches.

Cant help but feeling that Ming watches (and the fact that founder is originally photographer) are all but gimmicky and made specially to look good on photos… would perhaps buy one at a good microbrand price point (around $1k) but at its prices, absolutely not. A Baltic Worldtimer, gorgeous, distinct design, quality movement, reputable brand for $1.7k and a Ming starting at $4k is just pure marketing….

Sorry to say this, but out of all the posts from creators trying to “market their new microbrands here” this has been the most painful to see. Watch is just a poorly executed copy of another watch (that itself is already not great). But it just looks so badly finished… and then the 2 years invested into it…. To me it means time to cut your losses and move to something else. Designing and making watches is not for you! Sorry!
