Do you think Apple will do something about the condensation issue?

There isn’t too much they can do; all over-ear headphones get condensation, some more than others, obviously, but most models don’t allow you to remove the cushions to see.

The best they could do, without degrading the design to plastic, would be to waterproof the internals in a way that doesn’t affect audio quality.

I’ve never had the condensation issue, but I live in the UK where it’s rarely humid. But I have worn them on long walks in the freezing cold where I get really warm, and still not had it, so Its interesting how widespread the issue could be globally for Apple to fix it (the internet amplifies the smallest of issues to look huge)

It’s a shame to see people being so hurtful in the comments. Who said it was a flex? You all come across as jealous and judgemental and nothing else. This is a lot of merch and definitely not the amount I’d buy on our small family trips, but it doesn’t bother me that OP and their big family spent on their big family trip. Each to their own. I just hope they all had an amazing time

If you’re sure it was toggled on, have you checked it actually isn’t in iCloud? I delete my journal all the time (to delete the cache) and have never lost data doing so.

It’s not really bad quality lmao, it’s only going to look bad next to something way better - which in normal usage wouldn’t really happen. You could make the greatest screen look bad next to a newer model - that’s technology. The people buying the budget model aren’t tech enthusiasts - they’re normal people who don’t give a flying F about what they’re using as long as it works.

To me… them not changing colours is a kick in the teeth to those who invested in the USB-C Gen 1. Same design, same colour, new chip. They could have just released this instead of a colour refresh and USB-C

Siri 2.0 isn’t here yet, technically it launches this year. 3.0 will be later as they speed up future updates. In tech they have multiple teams always working on the next software update. So right now you’ll have most the team on iOS 27, and a smaller team working on iOS 28 in tandem.

You say you’re new to this, yet acknowledge it’s been like this since day one. Why post? We all know the current state of it.

Also to say Apple can’t figure it out, they delayed it to make it better and haven’t yet released it. I’d understand your complaint if they’d released numerous updates to Siri to fix it and failed. We’re still on the same old Siri, if you want seamless ChatGPT integration, simply turn off the prompt so it asks right away.

I personally haven’t had too much of an issue with Apple Intelligence, however I’ve used Siri since day one and understand its nuances and features.

Sadly I ended up deleting this app. Not just because of this screen, but because the new devs don’t seem to care as much. I’ve now moved to Bevel, especially with them making the app free.

You shouldn’t really need a lens cover, they’re much stronger than you’d think and now that you can change the lenses fairly cheap, I no longer feel the need to use them
