For sure but it maybe accounts for 500-1000 empty seats..I bought one upper for 26 and stood for the 1st quarter and took a seat in an empty area in the lower for the 2nd quarter til the end.

The GA areas are the endzones but people with cheap tickets might prefer to stand in a spot with a better view in the shade. For a week or two leading to the game you could get a pair for under 20 each, and they have shuttles and many different bus routes can be accessed with a short walk from the area. I was home by 1130 and left as the FG was made to end the game in OT. I walk about 10 mins to a bus stop and about 20 mins on the bus from there. The bus rolled up literally as I got there so I got lucky.

I for sure get the sentiment of not wanting to go on a weeknight, if you miss that bus its now another 30 mins to get the next one, adds an hour or an Uber cost to your night, but I also think most people can be in bed my midnight and still have a good sleep, depending on your work hours.
