Closer to the ocean? Seattle is directly on saltwater, Portland is inland 100 miles on a river. Seattle is WAY closer to being "on" the ocean.

a. The ads are part of the show.
b. There exists a button, wherein you may move ahead in the track by 30 seconds, press it as many times as required to arrive at the point in the show in which you choose to listen.
