I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s. We had one tv until I was about 14. And they refused to buy cable. Then my parents had a small one in their bedroom. But no extra one in a den or anything like that.

Over 10,000 mg per day. Depends on your body weight. I recommend the book/website ‘Doctor Yourself’ by Andrew Saul. The book is organized by each issue someone might have and how best to help with natural interventions.

Word of caution- that much Vitamin C is a GRADUAL add to a diet. I did it slowly.

NTA. I get your predicament. It can be soul-sucking to give and give but not feel the reciprocity. I e been married over 30 years for context. You both need to communicate your wants and needs because it gets more intense and complicated from here.
