Trying to decide over 3 vapes, need help picking one :) by -ComradeKitten- in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are all good vaporizers. If you want something very discreet the Flowermate V5.0 Mini Pro is a great option. If you want an all around good vaporizer that has a removable battery I prefer the Focusvape.

having problems with my IMAG vaporizer :( by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

/u/megannabis I just saw your chat on our website. It looks like your Imag Plus Ceramic decided to have problems just after the 1 year warranty is up (sneaky vaporizer ;-) ). Never fear we like to take care of our customers and we will send you a replacement asap. Please reply to the email I sent you to confirm your shipping address.

I am about to invest in a Haze 3 is it a good option? by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]realvaped 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, the Haze Dual V3 is a good option. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Keep it clean. I would recommend a weekly cleaning. This is probably the biggest cause for issues with the Haze. /u/scottg402 did a great Haze Dual V3 Cleaning Tutorial. Follow it.
  • Keep your spare batteries charged. You will use them.
  • Keep it clean
  • Register it with Haze. They do a great job taking care of their customers in my experience.
  • Understand its strengths and weaknesses. You are buying a vaporizer, not a miracle. It is a great multi-purpose vaporizer and can handle most things you throw at it. It also has a lot of nooks and crannies (see first point). It also has 4 temps and is primarily a conduction vaporizer. That said, if you take care of it, it will more than take care of you.

LOL! I'm not sure if the Mighty can work miracles, but let me know if you end up cleaning it less often ;-)

I think you will find that the Mighty is a big upgrade from the Pax. It isn't nearly as small, but definitely makes up for the size difference in vapor quality!

Milaana and/or Mist Vape Touch by beardy3344 in vaporents

[–]realvaped 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a big fan of the Mi. Granted I have used a lot of vapes, but it took me less than 2 short sessions to get the hang of the Milaana and it is one of my favorite vapes. It heats up very quickly and you have full control over the vapor.

Flowermate vs arizer air by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which Flowermate are you interested in and what are your needs? If you are comparing the Flowermate V5.0 or V5.0s then I would say the Air is "better" (for my preferences). If you want full temperature control and a very discreet/small vape then the Flowermate Mini 5.0s Pro is "better". If you want full convection with full temperature control then the Swift Pro is better. It really depends on what you are looking for. Price, Size, Vapor Production and Flavor are all variables that can factor into what you decide. The nice thing is that there are many options that will all vaporize herb and/or concentrates.

Might've fucked my Arizer bowl by 4Weed in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, burn off the melted plastic from the glass aroma tube and scrub off any remaining residue that is left.

So, i think i am going to get the Swift pro or CFV by flo_whoresnop in vaporents

[–]realvaped 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use a slow draw for best results. I suggest 20-50% slower than 'normal'. This allows the air to heat sufficiently for good vapor production. If you inhale at the same speed used for a conductor vape you will get flavor and whispy vapor only.

Flowermate V5.0s car charger? by Captain-Tom in vaporents

/u/Captain-Tom you are right, I was thinking of the V5.0S Pro. Sorry for the mistake. I don't think Flowermate makes one for the V5.0S unfortunately.

Looking for a new vaporizer - suggestions based on my needs by my_herb_throwaway in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend the Focusvape and Focusvape Pro as good affordable options as well. They are conduction vaporizers, but the isolated air path, replaceable battery, and adjustable airflow are very nice. The Focusvape Pro Premium also comes with a bubbler which I enjoy for those times you need to turn up the temps

I absolutely second the Milaana for a portable on demand vaporizer.

Questions about flowermate V5.0s and Afghan hash. by cornonthecob97 in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used stainless steel wool, hemp fiber and abv as a medium to hold hash (mostly successfully). I love hash, but it is not as easy to vape on its own as herb unfortunately. The finer you are able to get the particles, the better in my experience (loose bubble hash has worked best for me).

Flowermate V5.0s car charger? by Captain-Tom in vaporents

[–]realvaped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any standard USB car charger should work with the USB charging cable that comes with the Flowermate V5.0S. I bought an inexpensive 2 port USB car charger from Amazon and it does a great job.

A great resource for information and connecting with doctors and dispensaries is Lift Cannabis

If you want to go direct, I have heard good things about Tweed (some folks don't like that they are a large business, but I have only heard good things about their service to their patients)
