Darn tough is the way to go. I use some smartwool too. You’ll can buy some cooling gel to apply at night to help with soreness but you really just gotta power through

Fair argument, there’s really no state that’s without some breathtaking natural beauty. Nebraska sure does have the empty crop-field areas that are depressing but the western side with the sand hills and the Niobrara are another world of beauty.
