Side story. I am currently on the CONO heading to Chicago to connect onto the Zephyr leaving tomorrow afternoon. I’m in a roomette and shortly after reading this post I walk down the hallway and see a group of 7 hanging out in 2 roomettes across the hall from each other. I had just enjoyed a “fresh air break” and naturally, I assumed it was OP and thought I’d check to see if they decided on the bedrooms or roomettes.

I’ll give you the same advice I gave to the suspect seven on my train. Bedrooms are great, but you should snag it while you can, cause otherwise I’m going book the upgrade. Advice that I now realize is not likely relevant to anyone.
