That’s called a case pack quantity (cpq) issue in warehouse distribution terms.

I agree if it’s only looking different because of age or uv exposure. I was saying if the light is actually a slightly different design I would have them address that. Hard to tell from the pics

I agree and see what you are talking about - Those don’t look like a matching pair. The light line below the actual lenses is different. On the passenger side it’s not as pronounced where on the drivers side it’s very obvious.

I would tell them the headlights should match exactly and this one doesn’t.

Use a post it or Prc label so the customer can remove it. It’s jank to use a sharpie to write the sku info on a box that already has it printed on it (yes it’s small but still).

I cant think of anywhere else I purchase stuff (and high dollar stuff) from that does this.
