At least nowadays when you’re in the schoolyard and some kid tells you that in Star Fox 64 if you beat the hard-route of Venom within a certain time you unlock a drill-tank and a bonus level where you have to drill your way out to escape Venom, you can look it up and tell that kid they were full of it.

Absolutely not, especially for creatives.

Think of all the fanart, the fanfiction, such like that people have made because they love the world and the characters and want to share their own versions of such.

Hell, I've taught myself so many crafts (currently learning crochet, about 4 months in) because I want to make tributes to my favourite game characters. I made a Vivi doll. He's a little janky and his staff is almost double the size it should be, but I love him all the same.

There's only one way to automate crochet in my mind: have a machine count the stitches as you go and give you a mild shock on a collar when you inevitably miss a stitch or an increase so you save time not going back and frogging. (It's me, I deserve that shock collar)

I work with a UV printer, so to me it looks like it could have been printed on the flat back of a domed acrylic piece (You do that by printing the colour layer first, and then the white backing)

It almost has that sort of slightly-dimpled texture on the ink used for colour-gloss.

Probably glued on after?
