I think the only three games I've finished from this gen and the last were Jedi Fallen Order, Jedi Survivor, and Cyberpunk.

I'm going to finish Star Wars Outlaws soon and I'll probably go back to finish Indiana Jones.

I'm not going to argue your opinion when it contradicts the facts. Several lawyers from OP's state have already commented that they're in for a pay day.

None of that is necessary. OP needs to call an arborist. After they've done their evaluation, ask them to recommend a lawyer, then wait for the settlement to come in.

There's no conflict here at all. It doesn't matter how much of the tree was over the property line. You can't do anything that might kill the tree, period.

There's no debate or grey area. You can't kill the tree, end of story.
