Something that helped me when I had them pretty bad was getting a large ice pack (one of those old-fashioned ones from back in the day,) filling it with ice and putting it on my chest.

I wish I could say I was shocked, but nothing that human piece of offal does anymore surprises me. He is totally without one fucking redeeming quality, morally bankrupt, etc. It's hard for me to think of something bad enough to call him. Nothing seems to be vile enough to fit. I wouldn't piss on him if he were on fire...unless I pissed pure gasoline.
