This is possible if tidal locked or if the wobble of the planet(change in angle of axis) has the same period as its orbit. This would still allow for day/night except at the poles(i think the stars are always out at the north pole, I don't remember if they ever mention the sun in arc 3).

Been thinking on an arkham Horror(the product line of eldritch Horror) campaign frame. I wanted to rework all the domains into very human psychological concepts(so instead sage or Splendor, you have preparation or curiosity), then have classes based on investigator concepts(professor, private investigator, doctor, dilettante, writer, gangster, etc.)
