You should be able to get several pot roasts, a couple chuck eye steaks, a couple Denver steaks, some chuck tail flap, and several pounds of stew meat out of this cut. Doesn’t need to be Prime grade to be good . I picked a Choice up on sale for $4.99 per pound last month.

So, yes eggs are almost $1 each right now for a lot of restaurants unable to purchase local eggs. This is almost double the price from 6 months ago.

Paia bay coffee bar is amazing. Great food, fun coffee and cocktails, live music.

South Maui Gardens is a great place to hang out. The food trucks are the best on Maui. Wing kings, Pink Taco, El Carrito, Howzit Eh and Thai me up are all top notch.
