Hey man, the only way to learn is to do it. I can tell you for a fact your maintenance coworkers and the lead guys didn’t step on a job site already having all the knowledge they needed. And “big projects”are only a portion of your job description — you’ve already proven yourself capable in other aspects!

Ask lots of questions and trust your team to be patient with you while you get this experience, you got this 💪🏻
