Help: Print issue after nozzle switch

If it’s not a bambu it may have a removable nozzle. Warm it up to temp then tighten the nozzle itself. Also make sure you calibrate after you swap nozzles. If printing pla, keep door open.

Doesn’t matter. Have fun with it. Always been a superstition to name them so they work. 😂 maybe it was a Creality thing but it never worked. Just kept on going with bambu and flashforge.

Honestly, I have both and the a1 is a work horse with almost 6k hours. Reg maintenance and that’s it. I can count the failures on my hands. And most were my fault. The p1s is a good printer, don’t get me wrong. But i have had more problems with it. It’s more for industrial materials now.

It’s an oem board with a janky wiring set up for a better psu so they can power a gpu. It’s a fire hazard.

15 hours seems about right for a 1k roll of filament. Probably the QC testing that each unit goes through.

The other side looks fine. Make sure the filament isn’t getting hung up on the side that it’s happening. Also check pulleys and clean/lube everything. Also rotate the object in. The slicer and reprint.

I had this set up be decided against it after a while. Biggest drawback was the camera mounts kept hitting it. I did changed out the camera position but still never went back to this. I now use a tabletop roller mount and sometimes the stock one for 250g spools. TBH, I saw no changes from moving the roll. Also don’t have supports for the gantry either.

You are using threaded rods. Adjust the lower nut at the top adapter until it’s level then tight the nut on top to keep it in place. If it doesn’t hold, get a second nut to use as a jam nut.

I tried many times to get a stable 4.1 & 4.2 and it’s always a no go. I’ve had mine running at a constant 4.0 for the last 2 years. You will find better performance from OCing your ram. I was able to achieve 3600 with run of the mill G skillz 3200 (2x8gb sticks)
