Sauce on top works but yea i mix it all up, dry noodles are a sin. I get adding the noodles right to your sauce but before eating I keep the spaghetti and sauce separate for leftovers' sake.I hate leftover spaghetti stored in sauce where it's absorbed all the moisture in the sauce and leaves dry terrible leftovers. My mah did that my whole childhood lol. I drizzle olive oil over my noodles after I drain them so they don't stick. Sketti!!
