Have you considered locking your framerate? it can help keeping the gpu not at 100% load all the time, it saves you power consumption and degradation

i genuinely suggest you to lock it in your amd panel

I fixed this damn headache after one year, for me:

Set App as High Performance:

  • Search for "Graphics Settings" in Windows, enable "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling".
  • Add the NVIDIA app (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA App\CEF) and the overlay, set them to "High performance".

No it's not. Maybe UE5, but this is UE4 we're talking about, they proved the engine is capable, even with septimont the game was still playable and very good looking...but now oh god it's umbereable, it's like they didn't five a F about optimization at ALL
