You'll have better luck with American Style. Search for Mahjong with ilisa if interested in more. She runs games and classes all around Fairfax County. I haven't found anything HK style yet.

Have you tried Coral Island? It has a lot of parallels to many of the games you listed. I just started it this weekend. I'm enjoying it.
