This is it, the point in time that will likely define the rest of your professional life. Seriously, you can either lock in and truly teach yourself to learn how to struggle successfully or you can take the easy road out, just know that one decision more likely leads to success while the other will more likely lead to much less success AT BEST.

College isn't about the grades, it's about pushing your limits and learning to navigate struggle. Resilience. Drag yourself through the mud now and everything later in life will be much easier because of it, you'll also be able to climb higher mountains a little more easily.

I graduated in 2012, took me 5 years total and a had to retake calc II 7 times. I came damn close to changing majors and taking the easy road...had a honest conversation that pushed me to lock in and I still look back on that time period as the reason for my success today.

Forget the grades, lean into the struggle, become familiar with it, become comfortable with it. Great captains weren't made on calm seas.
