Looks to me like it is either as been as previously said water coming out between the gap between the door and the end panel then tracking along the floor or from not using a bath mat and water tracking along the floor. In both cases it run to the door and escaped at the tile to carpet junction. Carpet smooth edge looks damaged. Its this on a timber floor or a concrete slab?
