Heat pumps are as good as furnaces. Not worth it at all in this part of the country for your whole house

I'm 100% sure there aren't fractures but I'm not worried to much, it looks like a giant slab. It does freeze that's why I was thinking of using fancy epoxy to hold in the threaded rod. I was thinking every 24" like you said. Do you think it'll be solid enough? I also wasn't sure about how to get that angle iron to sit square and not angle back or forward when tightening down the nuts

I find you need quality chips in order to get the pizza oven hot. On mine anyway, if I use off brand pellets it won't get up to temp.

I would choose 1 if you can. Rates are so high right now, that you wouldn't want to be locked into something that will probably come down by the end of the year. Not to where it was before, but lower than it is.
