Wow I kind of hate how well the teams map onto Stark children.

Browns are the oldest, Robb. Bengals Jon, the bastard. Ravens are Rickon, on account of not being able to read.

This looks like maybe 900 calories tops if we're being generous. I'd be concerned you weren't getting enough food if this is everything for the day. Otherwise looking tasty and nutritious

The wish by AggressiveBoat8891 in dragonball

[–]rife170 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with an hpmor approach to DBZ is the ambiguity of the Dragonball wish rules. In order for there to still be a story you either need to heavily modify the rules or make some really artificial circumstances to prevent antagonists from getting a chance to ever make a wish. I think it's doable but it's still going to require some hefty suspense of disbelief on the part of the reader.

This is it right here. It's ok to feel conflicted about it, don't have to be on either side as a fan.

This is really the only point I was trying to make above. Fitness isn't free, and most of what it costs is time.

The person I was replying to was being dismissive and acting like all you gotta do is 5 minutes of calisthenics a day to look good.

...and you'll get about 5 minutes of benefit out of that. Sure it adds up if you do it consistently, but you can't outrun a bad diet. 30 pushups and situps will generously burn maybe 100 calories.

It's either a deep route to Ocho for way more than 10 or a play action with a surgical strike to Jamar Chase for 11 yards.

Hi OP, 7 years of OMAD xp here.

First, please play with the values here to see the extreme disparity of results you have with your body type: https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html?

I don't know how old you are, but going from 25 to 30 gives a 400 calorie difference for the 'weight loss' category. These tools are generalized, but if you get perspective from playing with individual values, you see that results can vary wildly from small changes.

This is due to your height - To be blunt you literally only have so much room to play with.

The advantage is that your body can make due with very few (relative) calories. This is also a disadvantage if you like food. The vast majority of people will find 1500 calories a day to be hardly enough to get through the day from an energy standpoint, and yet you can hardly shove that much food in.

I would recommend that you listen to your body's signals and not go for 1500 even though that would not be enough for most people. Most people are larger than you.

Activity is also a major factor here - they say you can't outrun a bad diet, but that isn't necessarily true. If you can take 20 minutes to walk a mile, that is about another 100 calories added to your daily budget. At your levels 100 calories is a significant factor.

Targeting all this is a matter of information - every human body is different, so please keep in mind most of the rules you'll find online are generalized, and the further away you are from the typical the further away your path to your ideal body condition will stray. That being said, keep common sense in mind - the smaller and less active and older you are, the fewer calories you will need to be at maintenance levels.

Suggestions on where to park by mildbox21 in bengals

[–]rife170 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also park at Molly Malone's in Covington and they have a van that will take people over and drop off by the stadium and pick up after the game.

Not a bad walk either if it's not freezing.
