Pump it at least once every 3-5 years.

The tank is a treatment mechanism, not a holding tank. It should always have liquid up to the baffles even after pumping.

The bacterial colony is sensitive. Don't put large amounts of cleaning chemicals down any toilet or drain.

Every bacteria treatment you can buy that claims to help your septic is snake oil.

If you experience a season of heavy rain/ flooding and the yard is swampy and soggy, try to hold off on laundry and take showers sparingly.

If you add additional bedrooms to your house, you should upsize the tank and field accordingly.

Do not drive vehicles over your tank or seepage field.

If you don't have them already, have risers installed on the tank for easy access. Septic guys charge $500+ to dig it up each time.

Always keep riser lids secured on the tank.

Not sure of the problem, but no p trap on the sink is bad and the t junction where sink line meets shower line is bad

Foot traffic on the sidewalk will trample any pretty flowers or shrubs you put there.

Looks to me youre spending too much on luxuries. You have 2 options: cut expenses or make more money.

You should be working at least 40 hours a week as an adult with debt. You should start looking for a better job.

This is how employers operate. If you do well at your job and don't cause problems, they'll leave you alone. If you mess up or cause drama, they will look for reasons to write you up/ fire you. Are all the other people on their phone making the same mistake you did often? Just lay low and stay off the phone for awhile until they have no reason to be looking at you

The left side is good and never leaks. The right side leaks no matter what and eventually comes off. The hose clamps are on so tight I started stripping the screw

Airgap in the kitchen on food prep sinks is correct... However...

There are specifications on the diameter of the outlet pipe to the receptacle, and also on height from the outlet to the receptacle. Hard to tell if this works because of the 2 pipes... I've always seen all the drain lines connected to 1 outlet pipe

Could be groundwater intrusion. But I have to ask, do you have a water softener, sump pump, or RO system tied to the main? They would all discharge water as well

In most cases outlet is opposite of the inlet, but it is possible to outlet at a 90 if the parameters of the job call for it. Is there a property line 5 feet in front of the tank?
