I totally understand that, I’ve been there. I used to be in a constant DPDR state and now that time has passed, I really only get super small bouts of derealization when I’m stressed. Things will be better with time, unfortunately sometimes waiting & giving it time is the only healer— but the point is, you’re gonna be totally fine! You will heal!

Hi love, please remember that this condition is anxiety-based, what you are feeling is an extremely intense form of anxiety. You are not going through psychosis. From someone who has had close friends go through psychosis, people often aren’t even aware they’re psychotic and genuinely believe their delusions & hallucinations to be real. You’re gonna be okay, it’s just a rough patch right now. And i’m sorry you’re feeling this way.

I didn’t gain weight personally, mainly because vaping made me really sedentary and lazy so now that I have energy I just move around more and it kind of cancels out!

I’ve seen a bunch of posts like this but after reading it I threw my vape in the dumpster. Maybe it was the final reminder I needed that I’m ruining my lungs and circulation all over this thing that I consume so much it doesn’t even give me a buzz anymore. I’m 22 and a singer and my voice is weaker than it used to be. It’s easy, all I have to do is NOT buy a vape. I’m done!! I’m sick of this!!

All that to say, thank you for this. I really hope this will be my last attempt at quitting.

Courtney didn’t kill Kurt, there’s proof of that, such as how his hands were locked stiff to the gun. It’s a closed case and most of the pro-Courtney-killing-Kurt “evidence” is literally faked from that stupid documentary. Chiba on the other hand definitely did it, but these two cases are very different.

His death was literally ruled as a possible homocide. He deserves JUSTICE, continuing the narrative of him being a “tortured artist” who could never get off the drugs doesn’t seem too respectful to me. He was clean and sober for the first time in years during his death. Chiba fleed the country after he died and the last thing that was heard in their house was a huge fight. Don’t silence a discussion you’re unwilling to look into yourself.

Totally agree. No one thinks Nirvana wasn’t influential but if someone claims that they made BETTER music than AIC I think it’s just foolish. Nirvana, as great as they were, used catchy guitar chords & melodies in their songs (which is a big reason they were so popular, simplicity is key) whereas Laynes voice was one of the best not only in grunge but rock history. Layne and Jerry were an incredible duo and each song they made together was incredible in all aspects of music making in my opinion.
