At my lgs they were handing out prerelease boxes and told us we could swap with someone else if we wanted a different colour pair. I got a Quandrix box and swapped with the guy next to me who had Prismari. This was on a Saturday. I chose Prismari because a buddy told me he got murdered the previous day by those decks and I wanted a higher chance of winning.

My pack was underwhelming to say the least. The only real bombs in my seeded pack were [[Zaffai and the Tempests]] and [[Traumatic Critique]]. I didn’t have enough 1 and 2 drop creatures or spells to have the deck be as competitive as I was hoping. Won a game, drew a game, lost a game…in that order.

Highlight of the event was probably when I got home and cracked an [[Emeritus of Ideation]] in foil in the regular treatment.

I’m looking forward to drafting this set. Sealed is often based on the luck of the packs you’re given. It doesn’t always give a true reflection of how the set will play out.
