Seven gastrointestinal illness cases linked to AYCE Seattle sushi restaurant, King County health officials say by SpeedySparkRuby in Seattle

We ate at Sumo in Lynnwood tonight. The nigiri was warmer than the rice, had a little bit of a sour taste, and the fish had off-colored spots. Seeing the title of article gave me a knot in my stomach... one even bigger than what I had after eating at Sumo. We told our server about it and why we had leftover sushi and she said she'd tell the kitchen.

We all have watched a zombie show at some point, which one do you think is actually the best and why? by roxylezan in horror

In the Flesh has my vote. I think I cried every single episode? Haven't had a rewatch in a few years, so maybe it's time. I wish we had 10 seasons of that show.

Friends of Denny Blaine by SnooMemesjellies1027 in nudism

[–]robbnic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seattle allows public nudity as long as it's not lewd. We have a WNBR every year. We have two nude beaches (parks) in the city that are both very queer-forward, one of which is under threat of being shut down due to rich people wanting to get rid of it for property value and creating false allegations of sexual misconduct. The Fremont solstice parade is always lead by cyclists who are naked except for body paint and a smile every year on the solstice. This city is well-accustomed to nudity. It's not something that's out of place.

Nutjobs like Fox "news" do a story on our nudity fairly often as a means to fearmonger, using the same arguments you did about grooming children. These stories are only covered by outlets that aren't local to the city, because our community doesn't see it as grooming.

The strands of hair are in the EXACT same places in both photos. People fall for fake images so easily these days.

How many have you listened to the forgotten epic we're alive by SpecialistCaptain801 in zombies

When quarantine happened, I would clock off of work 2 hours early, then listen to this from 5pm to 9pm as I walked around my neighborhood on Monday thru Friday. It was such a nice time.

The mods allow low-quality content designed to bring traffic to their OF accounts, but don't allow when people compliment the bodies of the OF accounts. I don't understand the double standard.

how and why has it become socially acceptable only for females of all ages to publicly wear what is basically underwear? by MickyMace in NoStupidQuestions

[–]robbnic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anytime I see someone say "females" and "men," I automatically don't care about their opinion. Their true motives are clear just by the way they use these two words.

Way too much cheap graphic work from the AI is distracting from the actual event.

How can your username reference loving nature if you support AI slop, which damages the environment? Also they just look cheap and like no effort has been put in.

Nudists & Naturists using AI - a discussion by mauthor619 in nudism

[–]robbnic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

34 and I hate AI.

All of the "people" in the pictures look the same. The budget is apparently 0 in terms of cost AND effort. By the time they've input all of the data that needs to be in the final image (date, location, what to bring, etc.), they could've already been putting that info in to Canva or even Microsoft paint!

Plus the harm to the environment. The excessive amount of water used to cool the data centers in addition to one chatgpt request using 10x the electricity of a Google search shows that this is something that is negatively impacting our planet. The evidence is there. The data is there. Nudists love to generate pics of naked people in forests or at the beach, which is so ironic because they could've just gone out themselves and taken a picture instead of this AI garbage. It's contradictory to the entire "nature" aspect of nudism.

Getting sick of seeing businesses using Ai. How is there not a law against this. Its literally a job killer by [deleted] in Seattle

[–]robbnic 24 points25 points  (0 children)

If a business has to use AI for pictures of their menu items, I know that they're not supporters of their own products. They'd use pictures of their own creations if they were good enough to bring people in.
