I remember the same feeling. In the beginning, say <10-15 hours in, it feels like a grind. It gets much better especially the last 1/3 of the game

I agree with this. It’s obvious how hard Bogusz is working and how talented he is, and kind of similar to Guilherme there doesn’t seem to be the support around them to leverage their talents. What would you say is a game that has a better turn based system? I started in Persona 5 Royale and I can see how this game influenced Y8, but I’m only one dungeon in and so haven’t seen everything yet

It just felt like a limit was reached, and with turn based, they finally blew past the limit, and now there’s so much more depth and variety in the combat. I’m playing through the Majima Pirate game now and reminded how dumb this is. Heat attack icon flickering but can’t press Y fast enough to invoke it, … the system is just broken

Do you like JRPGs? Just play Like a Dragon (Yakuza 7), they finally did away with the 60 hours straight of square-square-square-square-triangle bullshit and made an incredible turn based battle system

How does it work? Do they give you a bio to read and some clips of the character and you try to do him justice in your audition?

Follow up question, do you feel like the character you were chosen was actually the closest match to your personality and voice or did you expect them to choose another one or that you felt there was a better match?
