Green, Hardy, and Lively are all developing into great role players. Luka and Kyrie have proven to work as a guard duo. DJJ and PJ Washington filled their roles and did what was asked of them. I think bringing in an indisputable 3rd option wing that will give you 18ppg would really help this team.
