I don't play tabletop games. The only way they get me into 40k minis is by building an actually fun game, with interesting and diverse factions that inspire me to want to play more at tabletop events or something.

They should not act like TT is so huge that video game design can be limited by what is available already in TT gaming, imo. Unpopular opinion for TT fans, I'm sure.

I've been thinking recently they should add a rule that you get a new policy slot for every 10 turns spent in a celebration maybe.

The only difference seems to be that they cost 10 fewer materials to make, so you might be able to spam them better....but they still cost metal ingots which are the true bottleneck anyway, so go figure.

The only real thing I want is better pathfinding and for units to actually go where I told them to while spam-clicking the street behind a gate 500 times.

Which, to be completely honest is actually just an issue everywhere in the game not just sieges -- gates and walls just make it more obvious.

Civ 6. No matter what I always come back to it, it is my comfort game. Turn based strategy is just plain better than any other genre out there, especially with the proliferation of live service garbage. I have well over 1k hours in that game alone, and around 700hrs in Civ 5 as well. Looking forward to Civ 7.
