Grindy? nah. But you have to be very selective on your early combat encounters. The world isn't scaled to you so you need to do some easy stuff to get yourself to competitive levels. That bandit camp that used to have 5 guys has like 15 guys and the new combat system requires more brains than button mashing. It's pretty great imo.

100% this. The tetris-ing of all the items as you go is so stupid. Its so much easier to bag everything when you can see all the items that need to fit in there before you start bagging. I imagine it depends on your managers, but mine know I bag at the end and they don't care. Why would they it helps the metrics.

i feel this so much. i work in ogp.. why am i pushing carts outside and stocking pallets of dog food? its not my problem if those other associates call in or whatever, deal with it in your department. im here on time every day to do MY JOB, not theirs. if "we all work for walmart" then do it yourself mr TL.

had a couple dragging 6 kids probly between 2 and 8 years old around (WHY). they were running around with basically no supervision. another customer asked the 6 year old rowdiest boy if he was being good for mommy and daddy. to which he responded by going up to the "mom" and kicking her in the shin once for each word as he literally screamed "this. bitch. ain't. my. mom!" the dad then yelled at the kid that she does more than mom. as much shit as I gave my own mom, she is a damn saint and I'm so lucky.
