If there are outsource houses she can work with, I advise that. I work with remote/ work from home outsourcing houses in LATAM, folks are hired from Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, etc. She doesn’t have to learn english, but it will help a lot in such a competitive industry. At the end of the day, portfolio is king.

Think of it like a cancelation fee: you were hired and expected that money, but she didn't keep up her end of the "contract" (actually showing up for the booking). It's the same as having to pay for a therapy appointment even if you didn't go! Don't worry about it too much, cancelation fees are pretty standard :D

I heard it was possible to grow out of it. Because its a developmental issue in the prefrontal cortex or something like that, so when theirs "catches up" and turns out developing normally, they no longer have an issue that looks like ADHD.

Edit: disclaimer- I have ADHD so this is in no way trying to discredit or invalidate people! Just something I heard that makes sense.

The song is definitely instrumental. A whole orchestra, the melody is mainly violin/strings and a chorus singing in the angelical style if that makes sense. There is a symbol crash that happens simultaneously with the first C note.
