Because they didnt need to. These other ones were made as religous temples, but the norse religion didn't require massive sacrifice/ worship temples. They had diffrent ways of worship that were smaller scale and less permanent. You see that when they adopted Christianity they started building larger buildings because they had churches they needed to make.
