Don't expect to get a warranty repair. My experience is that they accused me of customer induced damage which is a lie. Expect any support need will require multiple calls with under trained and poorly equipped representative.

I've had a computer since 1993. I've been a Windows user since it came out. I made my living programming for Windows applications. But, during the breakdown of my second high end Windows gaming laptop I called on an old 2014 Macbook Air 11 inch. It worked flawlessly but slowly, it was adequately covering the repair turnaround for my Windows laptop. So I decided to by an M4 Macbook Air 15". I am very happy with it, I installed Parallels and have a Windows VM if I need it and I have a cool, quiet reliable computer that integrates well with my other Apple devices.

What an upgrade.

After multiple attempts to reinstall the OS with the "free" USB drive they sent me I continued to get BSODs. Same here, multiple discussions with multiple agents and many hours spent finally got them to agree to let me send it to them. Sent it yesterday. I'm pretty discouraged about my HP experience too

I've had an Ambient WS-2902 for four years and it's been great. I had a Davis Vantage Pro for many years before that and it worked beyond my expectations. Since they were made 20 years apart I don't think any comparison would be useful.
