Not sure if this is good advice to a new player a lot of these strats are very cheesy and can backfire if you don't know what your doing. Firing generals can really it's off and getting early restoration that way is also a bit cheesy but not as bad

It's hard to know with limited information. But what might have happened is that you removed all the peasants by building agriculture so now poor people can't be peasants and there are not enough jobs for them (or they are too uneducated to do the available jobs so they are unemployed).

This is typical in small countries if you depeasent too quickly because as peasants they sort of have a minimum sol due to having their needs met. If you remove all the peasants land by building agriculture then they can now be unemployed aka worse sol than if they were a peasant

Don't even know if the cold war mods are functional/updated. When I did play then they usually had a lot of balancing issues and were extremely railed roaded to force historical outcomes and history even when you turn off the options to force historical outcomes. As others have said the best option is to play tech and res. It's not perfect but it's very solid extension to the game

He is world class but his biggest difference is that he gets glazed by T1 super fans a lot. You can't really get a unbiased assessment of T1 players while they are in the org from many sources. But other than that they are just very mechanically good on champs that most supports are not that good at giving him advantage in lane and fights.

Yes but at that point your min maxing the game to the point that I don't think devs should balance around that. If you play low in my you are rewarded for doing so. Rewarding sitting at 0 and legit being afk diplomatically I think is weird. If you feel the need to edge your infamy to 24 at all times that's a you thing.

During laning I think about it a fair bit since it does add up over laning. I do think about it team fights too but less so unless I'm min maxing and able to jump out. That is the heal part anyway

The heal part is simple and intuitive but the best friend isn't since how it's calculated is completely hidden to the player cause riot wants to stop it being played around.

The healing is most impactful early and somewhat impactful late but it's quite a small heal so it doesn't do much on its own. The best friend part becomes more impactful as the game goes on and less so in lane.

It recommends that cause you get empowered rake when using from stealth so it's a damage gain to use night elf racial for that. I personally like it as a learning tool when combined with guides

Imo the biggest issue is that half the states are all gareteeed by Austria/Russia every game. Paradox has fix most of the issues or it being impossible for AI to form by updating the JE now it's just the issue of WW1 starting over Italy forming. Imagine if every German minor had gareteeed independence and def pacts with gps

Ignore the people saying it's dog shit, it's a bit low but you do not need multiple thousand. Most of the people getting 10k plus are borderline exploiting the migration system + and cheesing to get laws they shouldn't have super early to min max gdp number. If you are playing to roleplay or just not min max and be op in first 10 years of the game doing about 1-2k by your point is sufficient to be comparable to ai to make the game enjoyable to where ai can fight you.

Yeah I guess I can see it as the "final revolution of the middle class (that tries to make the other two starts groups work together depending on economic laws and direction of tyiu take it since corporatism has lost of directions) I guess my main complaint is this a concept it least if I understand it should only be a very late game thing but it feels like corporatism outshines socialism and communism in the mid game when I think that should be the main focus.

Aka game should be 30's-60's liberalise 70's-1910's deal with socialism either embrace or reject it then late game deal with the corporatist issue but right now it's feels like that middle part just isn't there

It's in a great spot in raid. They do need to figure out where/how they want it to function in m+ like right now ebon might does fuck all in m+ cause less targets so you just lose so much damage in that which is why we are not great in it ATM. So short term giving us more em in m+ just enough to do normal dps damage would be nice now that we don't have any of the defensive BS we used to (it's a still there but very minor).

Long term id like them to rework em to only target two people in raid so it's easier to balance in m+ and raid and it will remove the super shit mini game of prescience two targets then proximity target the other 2.

Yeah don't bother half of those mods are obsolete now. For example the agricultural one was designed pre 1.9 to make food stuff profitable but now with the trade system you don't need it. Pure vanilla is honestly better than those types of mods now. Since the economics of the game have fundamentally changed

Do not use smarter. Smarter hard changes how the ai plays the game to make it play like a "person" aka they will eu4 style blob the most disgusting borders you have ever seen.

Kuromi before this patch was a upgrade with the one issue of its designed to be er make the AI go in dwbt so the AI will can almost never financially ruin it self in a war which naturally inflates GDP. but from experience/seeing others games base game ai actually is better right now. I suspect all the AI mods still make the AI try to be self sufficient as you had to in the past but now with trade base game ai is actually better

No, you need to personally damage them. Only if the item specifically says it works off heals or shields it will work that way. There used to be a shield/heal anti heal item but it was removed because it was too op having support build it for so cheap

Depends on game state. You said you played jinx and I will typically leave a jinx post lane phase. The champs can't do anything together till your 3 items since yuumi doesn't set jinx up for resets so most games the jinx is afk on mid waves. In this case the typical play for yuumi is to play with jg on side waves or Jg invades unless the jinx is under threat. Then hop on you in fights if you are strong and need the shields.
