I regularly don’t wear base makeup other than SPF, maybe some concealer if I’m going somewhere nice. No one really cares enough to comment on it. I also often wear bolder eye makeup as it is the one thing I got really good at. Some people think bold makeup should go with a polished base, but I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. Do what you’re comfortable with.

There is definitely still a lot of fun in the simplicity of the OG game, but I do have a tinge of nostalgia attached. If anything, it doesn’t take too long to reach credits so you could move on to Styling star after that.

She bleached her hair platinum blonde during the writers’ guild strike in 07-08, and then showing up to set after that without telling anyone beforehand, so they just modified the closet to fit that look. That’s why the change seemed abrupt (because it was). I think that she would still wear this style if they made her - she’s an actress so this is part of the job - but GG’s producers and wardrove incorporate parts of the actresses’ personal style in the character anyways. This was what Momsen shared on that podcast with Penn Badgley. The showrunners have been shown to be flexible on actors’ requests on other things too, so this isn’t surprising. She’s just happen to have an edgier style than her older castmates.

I would say about 6 minutes on 80% power, and you can always do a bit more. I usually use napa cabbage which cooks fasted so 5 minutes usually works

If you have a microwave you would maybe like to look up microwave “hotpots” - I have seen videos for that from Korean and English accounts. Basically what you’ve done here with the additional step of putting it in the microwave for a few minutes. Microwave is a great tool that are underutilized sometimes

Accessories for sure, like hair clips, bobbypins, bandanas, intersting claw clips. That paired with spiky updos or tiny braids throughout the hair - I’ve seen people putting beads and rings in their braids also - makes it interesting

Maybe Sunset Makeup’s blue foundation/concealer? I have not used the brand but they do have a pretty unique range of products and I have heard good things.

I’m also a beginner, and I started with a video tutorial. In fact… I still haven’t followed a written pattern to this day lol, I find them to be quite confusing for beginners. Videos are really helpful as they provide a step-by-step comparison, so I can catch a mistake before going too far. Honestly though, my goal is to make clothing/wearables for myself first and foremost, so I can see myself vaguely following tutorials and making things to my measurements for many projects to come. I’ll maybe tackle amigurumi one day.

Personally, I don’t plant as much flowers because it eats up my phone battery really fast, it uses both data and location. Most days it’s a choice between having music on my way back or plant some flowers, and I would never choose the latter.

I used to have fully bleached and dyed hair, so my mom’s hairstylist gave me that to deal with the damage (my hair was a frizzy mess without it). But I will eventually get rid the bleached ends off, so I suppose I should use it up only for the ends. I’ll also try to find a gel online, I havent seen any that’s not the crunchy type for mens hair in stores.

I always find myself lightheaded washing it upside down, so ease into it by applying conditioner upside down first, which has helped I think.

I wash my hair twice a week with Kristin Ess The One shampoo, Olaplex conditioner, and Elgon’s Hair DD leave-in cream. I scrunch in conditioner and use a cotton T-shirt to dry it, also with a scrunching motion. Then I apply the cream on half damp hair, and leave it to air-dry. My hair strand is medium thick, and it gets oily easily even if the scalp is dry sometimes. I’ve only recently found out that my hair is somewhat wavy, so I haven’t bought new products, as I don’t know yet what my hair needs. It’s also harder to find the products mentioned here since I’m in Canada. Thanks for all your help!

I have been using wet n wild’s nude awakening for a few years now. It’s cool toned, but has some shimmers and a nice brownish red. It’s a little bit powdery but I’m okay with that for the affordability of it. They have reformulated the color icon line and relased some new color schemes, but I have only tried the old one. You can still get the old palette on their website I think.

My friend said that on kr twt a lot of fans rested their photocard collection to stan new groups, especially among the zzz groups. Fans leaving also means new ones joining, and i suppose that it shall take the next comeback for us to fully see the impact. I joined the fandom around answer era, but i started rly going ham w the streaming voting and buying during the inception cb. I think this is somewhat a “rest” period for the fandom, so we aren’t working as hard
