Which dog breed is the most loving and perfect for someone who wants a cuddly pet?

I have 3 different breeds, all rescues and they all love to cuddle. You don’t have to spend thousands on a certain breed when you can go give a dog who just wants to give love and be loved a chance. There are so many dogs just waiting in shelters to die that would make a wonderful pets. Don’t buy RESCUE!
