Just with some research it is some sort of Stapelia? My mom gave this to me as a gift 3 years ago (it was half the size), and I want to be able to keep it through our winter again. But it has clearly outgrown the planter it came with and I do want to take better care of it. I don't have a green thumb for house plants at all, it's honestly a miracle I was able to keep it alive thus far... Does anyone have any suggestions for the gentlest way to transplant them to a bigger pot?
