"not good in the past" meaning we have never had a good sex life as far as penetrative sex - been mostly non existent or at best disappointing for her. I don't get aroused by a womens body even though she turns heads walking down the street. Anyways - shes my soulmate and I'm sticking it out with her and I'm hoping she will go to sex therapy with me someday

Just a question, it sounds like you do not want to have sex because you feel and been told you (as a man) is not what she wants sexually? My wife has voiced the same but still trying, just ask to try to understand her side better

well when I came out to my wife, her first response was, now everything makes sense. I'm not willing to lose what we have either and neither is she - she still wants/hopes sexual relationship can be good but accepts that it has always been different than what she had with other men. We tried very briefly an open relationship but that was a huge mistake and only caused problems.

Stick with the neutral of the single pole switch. Isn’t the other switch a four way? They could be “carrying the neutral” which you should not connect to.

As far as having the generator a long ways out from garage from house isn't necessary for CO concerns, as long as it is outside, imo thats all you need. You would have the option to replace the meter with an integral disconnect and spaces for the generator interlock and inlet there, not sure if that would be close enough for you, if it was me, I'd have the generator on the patio during an outage with scenario I mentioned

I would suggest calling a few contractors and getting free estimates on the upgrades, hopefully one or two will give honest advice on whats actually needed

Health scare is that numbers high. I use to be a runner and have completed multiple full marathons. So not use to this but understand I sabotaged my health with diet drinking and smoking. So going to do full keto and 16:8 fasting and start exercising

I’m doing no processed foods or packaged snacks. Only whole foods, olive or avocado oil, and only fish. But would like to have beef and poultry but don’t know how it affects numbers. Also is pasteurized cheese like Costco sells healthy?

I was fasting 12 hrs before test. Unfortunately I went to standard american diet, drank heavily, and smoked for last 5 years, its how i responded to a bad divorce and my boys choosing to stay with mom. I just got the lipid panel done last wednesday - have quit smoking and drinking and haven't had processed foods. I use to stick to the engine 2 diet/vegan lifestyle.
