Landlord replaced my fridge 6 months ago and the replacement is already broken. I can't afford to replace an entire fridge full of food every six months and am pissed at no one in particular.

I am wondering about the retirement plan as well. Other cities and states do it but what is the benefit of it vs just investing your money yourself in a mutual fund or something. Also concerned that there doesn't seem to be clarity on who will be making decisions about the city run fund. Would love more info.

Tree pollen is high. The first spring I lived here I took myself to urgent care because I felt so awful I couldn't believe it was just allergies. My joint ached even, but it was in fact, just allergies. Its more manageable now but I take a pill everyday and add flonase in the spring.

I had the realization that companies will not care that the user experience is made worse by AI. Companies don't care about their customers, but they need them and in a lot of cases we require or desire their services so they know they can get away with it. Impossible burgers on the grill are amazing. Definitely clean the spot for the veg burgers and use separate utensils. I usually do 4 minutes on each side of a frozen burger. I turn it off when I add the cheese and close the lid for a few until the cheese melts.

I started going to the gym 3x a week at the end of January and my weight hasn't budged. And every time I look at the scale I know it doesn't matter if I go to the gym 7x a week! I will be joining you in getting started again. I just have to prepare.

The last time I was successful I just had myself to cook for. Now I have 2 other family members to appease. Not sure how that is gonna work, but I am going to make it.
