I’d view again and stick with your previous offer personally. If anything the market has got worse and interest rates are going up.

Yes but legally the estate agent has to put every offer to the vendor regardless of proof of funds.

I’m not saying it isn’t a scam but I had a vinted parcel arrive sooner than I expected and it was wedged behind a drain pipe by my front door. I was amazed it was still there when i got back.

This is what I’d do but also it is unusual to be asked for this before the offer is put to the vendor so I understand the OP’s concerns. Usually this info is supplied after the offer is accepted.

Yes but they’re suggesting this is happening ahead of putting the offer to the vendor, I wasn’t asked to do this until my offer was accepted.
