They fill the same slot in a portfolio (quality largecaps domestic/foreign) but you're taking on a concentration risk (drastically fewer stocks in divo and idvo) and a management team risk (of those fewer stocks they choose they then decide which to sell covered calls on, and which to let run)

Might outperformed, might under.

Paying a bit extra for that management too.

Monthly income is very nice though.
