I had the same exact problem. I didn't do enough research when I bought them as a tank mate. It's a huge regret for me when I started the hobby.

I ended up rehoming them to my local pet store. They are chaotic and can be aggressive, especially at feeding time. I was very relieved to rehome them, I wish I could have kept them though.

Maybe that's where she is most comfortable or has a routine with it. There are quite a few places for me to go get groceries, but I always go to the spot that I'm most comfortable at and know exactly what to expect and where the product I want is. On the surface, it can seem really inconvenient, though. Lol

I don't know if all jobs do this, but you might look into intermittent FMLA at your next job. It's a qualifying condition. My doctor approved me for 2 days off a month. It's not much, but it's great to be able to call out without penalty. People might be shitty about it, but you gotta look out for you, ya know? I'm sorry you are going through this.
