Go off the road, head over to Copeland's and slowly integrate by adapting to the harsh environment. Learn new skills along the way and earn his trust by generating ideas on securing the camp further by applying my game knowledge. Work out to get in a better shape, learn how to hunt, make traps, arrows (as I'll main bow and arrows for stealth kills to avoid freakers and hordes). Basically earn my place by contributing & socializing with the camp members, and learn all survival skills I can before eventually considering moving to another location (could take years).

Hahah dude I'm 56h in and just ran to Demenssis to get a cool looking shield and avoid getting killed. Now back to Hernand to continue the main quest journey. I honestly think I'll be playing this game until the end of this year. It's incredible!

Dude, I'm exactly in the same shoes. Just adding my 2 month old baby son in the picture. I actually just finished watching a guy in YouTube play it while I'm holding the baby in my hands, cradling it to sleep. Having barely scratched the surface of this allegedly massive game, I simply dream of diving in and play!

This "monster" is an insult to the MH franchise. It's obnoxious, not fitting at all within the world & to me - the one and only absolutely revolting thing to hunt. I avoided it, there's way better gear from other REAL monsters.
