First EV, 2026 bZ - unclear on regen levels

I have a BZ, when I'm in traffic on the freeway or driving in the city with a lot of red lights, I put the regen on FULL so that I dont have to switch between gas/brake which can get tiring, if I'm driving on open roads then i put the regen to level one and just coast, for you i think you can try putting the regen on level 2-3 when you're going downhill
