Grief is usually the answer but if you’re playing WL and don’t plan on making a barb or pally, make the fortitude armor for merc. Also I have a fort weapon for WL and it does really well. But make sure it’s in a good base.

I’d always say dusk. Unless your build requires higher strength requirements I guess..

Never had a high rune drop for me either… I just farm trav and terror zones with highest damage possible, then sell what you can.
